Founded in September 2019, Metro United FC has emerged as a vital force in nurturing young talent in Matero, Lusaka. With a dedicated roster of 102 players, ranging from 7 to 21 years old, our club is committed to shaping the future of Zambian soccer while fostering a sense of community and belonging.

Our Teams and Achievements

At Metro United, we believe in the power of teamwork and competition. Our youth teams have consistently showcased their skills and determination on the field:

• U10 Team: Proudly holding 2 league championship trophies, our U10 team demonstrates the foundation of talent and teamwork that we instill in our players from a young age.
• U12 Team: Another 2-time league champion, our U12 team has proven their mettle and competitiveness, setting a high standard for their peers.
• U15 Team: Finishing 3rd in the junior league, our U15 players are on a path of growth and improvement, showcasing their skills against tough competition.
• U19 Team: Competing for the 3rd season in the Zone 4 FAZ sponsored league, our U19 team has maintained an impressive record, never facing relegation. This achievement speaks volumes about their resilience and commitment to excellence.

All our junior players are school-goers, and our senior players have successfully completed their Grade 12 exams.
